My story

I learned this the hard way so you don't have to.

When my husband and I began growing our family, conception came quickly. Then it didn't.

After experiencing a miscarriage and later struggling to conceive our second child for nine difficult cycles, I became deeply immersed in fertility awareness and learning how to interpret my cycle. What began as a search for answers became a much deeper understanding of my body, cycle, and true fertile window.

Once I learned how to interpret my own fertility data instead of relying entirely on generalized predictions, we conceived shortly afterward.

As I began sharing this knowledge with friends navigating their own fertility journeys, I realized how many women were carrying the emotional and mental load alone, overwhelmed by conflicting advice, inaccurate fertile window predictions, and the heartbreak of month after month of negative pregnancy tests while feeling like they were doing everything "right."

Knowledge doesn't remove uncertainty. But it does transform helplessness into agency, and that's exactly what I want for you.

Training and background

The clinical training behind the work.

I hold a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy and am a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTD, OTR/L). Occupational therapy is the clinical discipline built around helping people perform the daily activities that make up a functional, fulfilling life, and it's a more direct fit for this work than most people realize.

Sexual activity is formally classified as an Activity of Daily Living in the Occupational Therapy Practice Framework, the standard that defines the scope of OT practice. OTs are trained specifically in activity analysis (identifying exactly where a daily task is going wrong for a given person) and in evidence-based habit formation: helping people build new, sustainable routines that let them monitor their own health accurately day after day. Cycle tracking is precisely that kind of habit.

That clinical training is what shapes how I work with you. I'm not just handing you information and hoping it sticks. I'm using a real clinical framework to help you build a daily practice that lets you track your own body accurately, troubleshoot it when it breaks down, and turn it into something you trust.
